Charlie discusses this week’s State of the Union Address by President Trump. He describes the evolution of the address, as it has now become a speech to the nation. “What the [American people] saw in a visual medium is what was really compelling Tuesday night. There sat Nancy Pelosi, the Democratic leader in the House, looking like she had just chomped into a lemon, and nearby were other members of the Democratic leadership with similar dour looks on their face,” says Charlie. Additionally, Charlie discusses the Congressional landscape in Pennsylvania, potential new Congressional lines for the 2018 election and more ;)

"Tuesday night more than 90 million eyeballs were on President Trump as he delivered his first State of the Union address. The television audience, pegged by Nielsen at 45.6 million, was delivered over a dozen networks.

The speech was also the focus of social media with more than 20 million interactions on Facebook and a record 4.5 million tweets on the president’s favorite platform.
