Candidates & Campaigns

Quantum partners with a variety of political candidates and their campaigns, and works on independent expenditure campaigns.

Our award-winning team has a long record of winning campaigns.

We provide general consulting, media production/planning/buying, and mail production.

Over the years, Quantum has helped well-known elected officials and newcomers alike distinguish themselves, gain the public’s support and win on Election Day.

We help our political clients get the key points of their platform out to the voter by:

  • Outlining the candidates goals throughout their campaign
  • Organizing grassroots strategies, such as door-to-door campaigning giving voters direct access to the candidate
  • Creating unique mail pieces and political signage that get noticed during election season
  • Compiling precise and accurate mailing lists
  • Managing media relations and generating media coverage
  • Producing political ads for print, radio and television

Project Spotlight

Charlie Jones for Judge

In 2009, Quantum served as general mail and media consultant to Judge Charlie Jones, in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.

Judge Jones, a Republican Candidate for Judge of the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas, had his work cut out for him when he did not receive his party’s endorsement.

Quantum helped the campaign keep a consistent message and strategy. Quantum wrote the campaign plan, produced and placed television/radio/print advertising, coordinated “get out the vote” efforts, and designed and developed the campaign's direct mail and website.

Quantum joined Judge Jones in victory, not once but twice. In the Primary Election, Judge Jones won a multi-candidate GOP Primary. In the General, Judge Jones defeated Democratic contender Loreen Burckett by almost 5,000 votes, receiving nearly 65% of the total vote.
