Legislative upgrades could give the tourism industry a jolt and enhance the American brand overseas.

With school out, a state budget (finally) signed, and the July 4th weekend behind us, we're heading into the "dog days" of summer.

It's time for baseball, county fair hot dogs and apple pie, and family getaways. It's these vacations and excursions that help fuel one of the commonwealth's greatest industries—travel and tourism.
