A comprehensive approach to enhancing tourism will create jobs and stimulate the economy statewide.
Tourism is big business. And it's a good business for Pennsylvania. Tourism pumps more than $38 billion into the state's economy each year and is directly responsible for more than $14 billion of the state's gross domestic product. The industry generates more than half a million jobs and nearly $4 billion in state and local tax revenue.
